OBJECTIVES
During this training course, the participants:
– will understand the DMAIC procedure involved in Lean Six Sigma,
– will have acquired the necessary comprehension to exercise the function of “Green Belt” within the company,
– will have started to apply the concepts to their own real project,
– will be able to conduct and complete a Lean Six Sigma project within their professional environment,
– will understand the various Lean Six Sigma tools and will be able to apply them correctly and appropriately,
– will be able to dialogue with the Black Belt who is helping them.
