At the end of the training, the participants:

– will know the DMAIC approach, specific to Lean Six Sigma;

– have acquired the knowledge required to perform the “Black Belt” function in the company,

– will have started to apply Lean Six Sigma concepts to a real case from their company,

– will be able to conduct and complete a complex Lean Six Sigma project in their professional environment,

– will have in-depth knowledge of the various Lean Six Sigma tools and will be able to implement them judiciously and appropriately.
